Overview

The IT Compliance Manager will conduct in-depth evaluations of Eqvilent's technological infrastructure to ensure adherence to financial market regulations and data protection standards while operating in a quantitative trading context.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will lead major compliance projects, oversee ICT implementations, and ensure regulatory compliance for technology and trading teams.

  • Project Leadership: Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
  • ICT & Technology Compliance: Review technology changes ensuring compliance.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Stay updated on global regulatory standards and respond to examinations.

What We Look For

Candidates must have a strong technical background, regulatory knowledge, and proven project management skills. Required qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or IT, relevant certifications, and experience in technology compliance.

  • Degree in related field and/or professional certifications.
  • Experience with ICT governance, system change management, and regulatory standards.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice-To-Have

  • Experience at a proprietary trading firm or HFT-focused organization.
  • Technical certifications like CISA or CISSP.
