Job Description

The Performance Analyst - Bilingual will assist senior management by analyzing data and producing meaningful reports to support business decisions. You will analyze processes for efficiency improvement and automate processes using existing technology. The role involves working closely with team members and senior management regarding system enhancements, data collection, analysis, and reporting. You will also provide technical support to field staff primarily by phone and/or email.

  • Monitor database used to track placements.
  • Produce monthly reports on placements and retention milestones across sites.
  • Generate quarterly reports and maintain a corrective action log.
  • Develop a procedures manual for tracking placements.
  • Conduct trainings on policies and procedures as required.

Qualifications

Applicants must have at least 3 years’ experience in data analysis and report production, advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and a Bachelor's degree. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a proven track record for accuracy in data handling.

Additional Information

The role is full time, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. It involves extensive desk work and may require some physical activity (kneeling and lifting up to 50 pounds).
