Job Description

The Financial Management Specialist - Childcare is responsible for reviewing and processing declarations of services, vouchers, and reimbursement claims related to childcare providers. The role includes handling accounts payable, generating reports, managing claims, providing technical assistance, quality assurance, and other duties as assigned.

  • Review and process Declaration of Services for Child Care Providers.
  • Approve vouchers and prepare reimbursement Requests for Funds.
  • Upload claims data and perform quality assurance checks.
  • Coordinate reimbursements to providers and parents.
  • Generate reports and provide technical assistance on claims processing.

Qualifications

Candidate must have a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, strong computer and communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work well with diverse groups.

Work Environment & Additional Information
