About Account Executive - B2B Mortgage Sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4-5 years in mortgage lending sales (Loan Officer, Credit Union Manager, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Credit Union or Community Banking environments.
  • Proven track record of sales success and resilience.
  • Strong communication skills and trust building.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Encompass experience preferred.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills and collaboration ability.
  • Willingness to travel up to 1–2 weeks per month.

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Identify and engage new sales opportunities with banks, credit unions, builders, and savings & loan organizations.
  • Build strong relationships and promote Equity’s services.
  • Conduct consultative meetings aligning client needs with services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics through outbound and inbound activities.
  • Manage client relationships through onboarding and strategic growth.
  • Represent Equity in local communities and maintain a 'raving fan service' culture.
  • Adhere to Federal and State regulations and company ethics.
