Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4-5 years in mortgage lending sales (Loan Officer, Credit Union Manager, etc.).
- Familiarity with Credit Union or Community Banking environments.
- Proven track record of sales success and resilience.
- Strong communication skills and trust building.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Encompass experience preferred.
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills and collaboration ability.
- Willingness to travel up to 1–2 weeks per month.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Identify and engage new sales opportunities with banks, credit unions, builders, and savings & loan organizations.
- Build strong relationships and promote Equity’s services.
- Conduct consultative meetings aligning client needs with services.
- Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics through outbound and inbound activities.
- Manage client relationships through onboarding and strategic growth.
- Represent Equity in local communities and maintain a 'raving fan service' culture.
- Adhere to Federal and State regulations and company ethics.
