Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience required. Licensing including State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, and Series 66. Must be values-driven with strong communication, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to collaborate with top performers.

Compensation & Benefits
Includes a sign-on payment based on licensing completion, base salary, commissions, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits programs (health, dental, vision, 401(k), ESPP, disability, life insurance, and TRIP).
