Position Overview: Part-Time Teller/Customer Service Representative
This role requires professional in-person and telephone customer interaction. You will build customer relationships, cross-sell bank products, and maintain accurate cash management. The schedule is Monday through Friday with some Saturday mornings. Flexibility is required, as you may work at different branches based on staffing needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Interact professionally with customers in person or by phone.
- Build customer relationships and cross-sell bank products.
- Maintain and accurately balance teller cash drawer.
- Participate in teller meetings and training sessions.
- Potentially work at different branches as needed.

Requirements
Candidates should have strong listening skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Being flexible, creative, and a team player is essential. Discretion, good organization, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
High School Degree or equivalent is required. Bank operational support or retail customer service experience with cash handling is highly desirable.
