Technical Support Specialist at EquipmentShare
Build the Future with Us — EquipmentShare is hiring a Technical Support Specialist to support our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO in a fully remote role. The role involves providing 24x7x365 technical support for EquipmentShare’s heavy equipment rental fleet and will be instrumental in creating and launching the new Technical Support team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, Slack, and online platforms.
- Utilize data from field technicians, diagnostic tools, and schematics for troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with product teams and OEMs to resolve field issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and support on-site as required.
- Mentor and train new Technical Support Specialists and contribute to foundational process creation.
