Technical Support Specialist

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide 24x7x365 remote technical support via phone, Slack, and online tools.
- Analyze data from field technicians, diagnostic tools, schematics, and manuals.
- Collaborate with product teams and OEMs for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Offer on-site support when required and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Mentor new team members and help establish team processes.
