T3 Systems Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

• Architect and build internal software applications and scripts.
• Develop and maintain APIs and data integrations.
• Plan and implement automation strategies to reduce manual work.
• Design technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Own the lifecycle of internal tooling projects.
• Evaluate and implement new platforms or workflows as needed.
• Provide advanced technical support and guidance on complex systems issues.
• Stay current on technology trends and system improvement opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong software development and scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
• Experience with APIs, systems integration, and automation frameworks
• Analytical mindset with data processing abilities
• Project planning and technical execution skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

Education and Experience

Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience, plus at least 2 years in a relevant technical support or system administration role.

Physical Requirements
