Job Summary
The Principal Product Manager designs, develops, and manages the lifecycle of a product or product suite from concept to end of life. They translate market opportunities and customer demand into viable products, set a competitive vision and strategy, and manage product roadmaps, including features and upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Product Lifecycle Management: Define, develop, and manage products from start to finish.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Incorporate customer voice, usability insights, and design clear goals.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Assess competition and conduct market demand analysis.
- Business Case & Performance: Develop financial models and utilize analytics for product improvements.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and marketing.
- Backlog Prioritization & Testing: Prioritize backlogs and coordinate testing and UAT.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
- Partner Engagement: Identify and vet partners to enhance the product.
Qualifications
With 10+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree preferred, candidates should also have 5+ years of contract lifecycle experience.
Compensation
Targeted pay ranges for this position are provided for U.S. and Canada locations; for example, the U.S. Dallas Infomart Office offers 155,000 - 233,000 USD annually. Compensation includes base pay with bonus and equity potential based on performance.
