Scrum Master at Equifax

This role is crucial in protecting the squad, promoting Agile and Scrum principles, and ensuring a smooth development process. You will be instrumental in facilitating ceremonies, managing risks, and supporting the overall delivery framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Protect the scrum process and prevent distractions for the team.

- Partner with P&E Tribe or Segment Leads for quarterly planning.
- Support the Planning & Delivery Framework, including Jira processes, squad capacity monitoring, delivery tracking, release management, and blocker removal.
