Job Overview

The API Implementation Specialist at Equifax is responsible for consulting with clients, advising on the integration of Equifax API products, and identifying improvements to existing business processes.

What You Will Do

Manage the delivery of API implementation services for assigned client accounts and serve as the primary contact for pre-production service delivery. Perform change management activities, lead configuration management and provide technical integration support including sales support, transactional research, and application troubleshooting. Gather and document requirements for product management, internal developers, customer development teams, and quality assurance teams. Ensure client satisfaction and maintain high service quality.

What Experience You Need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent experience. 3-5 years’ experience in IT customer support roles such as QA, Software Developer, Business Analyst, or similar. Experience with agile methodologies and ability to work in a two-week sprint cadence. Minimum English proficiency at B2 level.

Internal Candidates

Must have at least one year tenure in current position, no active disciplinary actions in the last three months, and not be on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
