Job Description

End-to-end, pilot the design, prioritization, and delivery of AI products for media agency teams. The AI Product Owner transforms use cases identified by business teams into industrialized, useful, and adopted AI solutions.

Framing & Analysis

  • Collect, clarify, and challenge the needs expressed by media teams (activation, strategy, creation, planning, reporting).
  • Structure the need: user stories, business requirements, mapping of existing processes.
  • Define business objectives (productivity gain, quality improvement, automation, media performance).

Product Design

  • Define the product vision and functional scope.
  • Build the roadmap: MVP → V1 → evolutions.
  • Prioritize the backlog, arbitrate functional & technical choices with AI/tech teams.
  • Collaborate with business teams to validate workflow, UX, expected outputs.

Delivery Management

  • Lead agile rituals (daily, sprint review, grooming, retro).
  • Coordinate the development team: Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineer, Architects, QA, Front-end Developer.
  • Validate acceptance criteria and supervise functional testing.
  • Ensure the quality and conformity of deliverables.
  • Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance.

Deployment & Adoption

  • Prepare adoption kits: training, documentation, usage guidelines.
  • Pilot the onboarding of internal teams.
  • Measure and track adoption, usage, and satisfaction.

Qualifications

This role is for a candidate with 3 to 6 years of experience in Product Ownership, ideally with AI products.

Experience in a media, retail media, data marketing, or martech environment is appreciated.

The ideal candidate is proficient in agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum) and the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, including framing, design, and testing phases.

Good knowledge of major cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) is expected, along with proven experience in managing AI products, whether predictive, generative, or agent-based AI.

The position requires a strong understanding of Data & AI technology, particularly RAG, LLM, agentic AI, data governance, and AI governance. A sensitivity to UX/UI, as well as practice with prototyping tools (Figma, Miro), are also expected. Operational English is necessary for working in an international environment.

The candidate demonstrates excellent communication and strong pedagogical skills. They possess a developed business sense, particularly in the media and digital marketing sectors, along with a strong solution and user orientation.

Transversal leadership, coupled with the ability to arbitrate and make decisions, is essential for success in this role. The candidate can navigate complex organizations and shows a marked curiosity for innovation topics.
