About the role
Instrumentation Technician
As an Instrumentation Technician within a dynamic team, you will be primarily responsible for providing expert services on Eppendorf instrumentation ranges: maintenance, corrective actions, installation, or qualification, in compliance with current procedures.
Missions
- Plan and coordinate services, ensuring effective communication with clients and internal company departments.
- Ensure strict adherence to company-established protocols during service delivery, in line with the quality management system.
- Manage client files in the CRM (client IT management tool): Integrate intervention closure documents into the e365 tool within 48 hours of the service.
- At the end of each intervention, conduct a review with the client and provide all service-related documents (USB drive, email, etc.).
- Ensure the finalization of files and invoicing in collaboration with the administrative team.
- Report any abnormal events that may affect service delivery timelines or the quality of results.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of Eppendorf's QMS in collaboration with the Quality Manager and other stakeholders.
- Complete all mandatory training from Eppendorf Academy.
Your Profile
- Education: BAC to BAC+2 Professional / BTS specialized in Electrotechnical or Electromechanical Maintenance.
- Knowledge of IT tools: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Rigor, organization, autonomy.
- Good analytical skills.
- Manual skills (repair, precision work).
- Writing and oral expression skills.
- Interpersonal skills: active listening and understanding of needs.
- Knowledge in metrology.
- Good command of English.
