Job Overview
The IT Support Analyst at Epicor performs analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex computer problems, providing best-in-class customer support to end-users. The role involves on-site and remote support, hardware/software installations, configurations, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve computer issues for end-users.
- Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and peripheral devices.
- Utilize corporate ticketing system for tracking incidents and asset management.
- Support Microsoft, Apple operating systems and Epicor proprietary software.
- Manage Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint patching, JAMF, Apple Business Manager, Active Directory, and Office 365 environments.
- Administer virtualization technologies including VMware and Hyper-V, perform backups, and support server infrastructure.
- Create technical documentation for internal teams and external users.
What You Will Bring

Additional Information
