Job Description

Account Manager, CMS at Epicor

The Account Manager, CMS is responsible for selling Epicor products and services to CMS existing customers in an assigned territory. This role represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Works with existing customers to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Develops and manages relationships within our existing customers.
  • Develops compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefits analysis.
  • Coordinates cross-functionally within and outside of the sales team.
  • Some travel is expected in support of sales efforts.

What You Will Likely Bring

  • Proven track record of sales success in the software industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time and stay organized.
  • Strong attention to detail and process oriented.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
