Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and maintain test and pre-production environments for Dataiku ETL flows, AML systems, and Trade Surveillance solutions
- Set up environment-specific Dataiku projects, datasets, connections, and automation components to ensure consistent and reliable testing setups
- Support the adaptation of test environments during the core-banking system replacement
- Create and manage testing data sets, including anonymized or synthetic data where required, ensuring compliance with data protection rules
- Monitor environment health and performance, proactively identifying issues related to infrastructure, data pipelines, or system configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve environment-related incidents, including integration issues between Dataiku, databases, AML/Surveillance platforms, and source systems
- Maintain structured and complete documentation for environment setup, configuration changes, deployment procedures, access models, and dependencies
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to support functional and regression testing cycles
- Ensure that all environments follow internal security guidelines, audit requirements, and industry standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with Dataiku (DSS) in a development, DevOps, test, or administration role
- Knowledge of Python and SQL for debugging flows, preparing test datasets, and automating environment tasks
- Solid Unix/Linux system administration skills, including shell scripting, and system-level troubleshooting
- Understanding of networking, security concepts, and environment isolation (firewalls, proxies, certificates, connectivity debugging)
- Experience supporting test, QA, or pre‑production environments in an enterprise setting is a strong advantage
- Understanding of financial data models (transactions, bookings, positions, trades, market data, securities)
- Dataiku certifications (Core, Advanced, Administrator, etc.) are an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, especially in multi-system environments
- Ability to work independently and collaborate closely with dev, QA, and business teams
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating environment readiness, issues, and dependencies
- Ability to handle multiple environments and parallel testing cycles efficiently
