About the Role

Join EPAM Systems as a Junior Test Automation Engineer in Nicosia, Cyprus. Work with innovative technologies and be part of a collaborative, international team.

Responsibilities

  • Design, write, and execute automated test scripts.
  • Maintain and enhance testing framework for a key application.
  • Test Single Page Applications built with JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Identify and prioritize test cases to maximize coverage.
  • Support manual testing and test case creation as needed.
  • Log and track bugs across testing cycles.
  • Set up and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
  • Promote best practices in software development and automation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and SPAs.
  • Hands-on experience with Cypress or Playwright.
  • Proficiency in API testing and automation.
  • Strong skills in maintaining and building automated test suites.
  • Familiarity with manual testing and test case creation.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proactive, client-focused attitude with eagerness to learn.
