Job Description

Junior People Operations Specialist

EPAM is shaping the digital future for Fortune 1000 companies, building complex solutions using modern technologies. We are looking for a Junior People Operations Specialist to join the team and support the efficient management of employment documentation, payroll coordination, and people processes for customers. Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance, accurate record-keeping, and effective support for employees in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare contracts, addendums, and employment-related documentation.
  • Communicate and coordinate documentation with the payroll company.
  • Ensure paperwork is up-to-date for payroll taxation.
  • Resolve employee questions and concerns related to contractual, payroll, and work permits paperwork.
  • Manage all types of leaves using legislation and internal tools.
  • Coordinate trainings and Fundación Tripartita documentation.
  • Coordinate off-boarding activities and corresponding documentation.
  • Ensure the employee database is up-to-date.
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of people processes.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and related paperwork.

Requirements

  • Spanish university degree (Relaciones Laborales) or high-level education (FP2).
  • High level of English and Spanish (speaking and writing).
  • Dynamic and proactive person willing to collaborate across departments.
  • Organization and admin skills.
  • People skills and collaborative attitude.
  • Payroll, authorities, and bureaucracy requirements knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and competent internet user.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to share ideas.
  • Resilient, resourceful, and punctual.

Nice to have

  • Relevant experience or knowledge in payroll, benefits, leave administration, relocation, mobility, or People Operations (1 to 3 years).
  • Flexible and agile, able to adapt to changing environments.
  • Enjoys working as part of an international, multi-cultural team.
