Digital Product Owner at EPAM Systems
EPAM Systems is seeking a Digital Product Owner to lead a multi-disciplinary team in delivering innovative solutions for client onboarding and account management. This pivotal role involves shaping the product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs, and driving the execution of a cohesive product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-disciplinary product team to deliver innovative solutions for client onboarding and account management.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate a clear product roadmap, outlining current priorities, upcoming initiatives, and long-term vision.
- Ensure the roadmap reflects stakeholder requirements, resource needs, dependencies, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
- Manage system plans and supporting artifacts to deliver on promised business value.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting professional development.
- Collaborate with adjacent product teams and firm leaders to ensure cohesive product strategy and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of financial services, with emphasis on client onboarding or contact relationship systems.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail; able to navigate ambiguity and deliver results.
- Proven experience in Agile software development and product management, including roadmap creation and management.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Product-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
