Digital Marketing Engineer
EPAM is shaping the digital future for Fortune 1000 companies, building complex solutions using modern technologies. We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Engineer to join our client’s team focused on implementing Segment CDP for customers. Collaborate in Barcelona to integrate mobile platforms with the Customer Data Platform, enhance digital marketing capabilities and ensure effective event capture and data management across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our client’s team to define project requirements and use cases for Segment CDP implementation
- Lead configuration and integration of mobile platforms with CDP for seamless data flow and event tracking
- Implement web tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager with focus on server-side configurations
- Conduct thorough testing of tracking implementations to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Engage in regular meetings with client managers and development team to provide updates and gather feedback
- Explore innovative solutions and technologies to enhance CDP implementation process
- Manage tasks autonomously while contributing to team objectives
- React promptly to changes in project scope and requirements ensuring alignment with client needs
Requirements
- Familiarity with marketing automation and experience in setting up event capture on digital platforms
- Proficiency in integrating mobile platforms with CDP and configuring Google Tag Manager
- Experience in web tracking implementation for complex tools such as Amplitude or Adobe Analytics, ideally via server-side GTM
- Proven experience with Single Page Application (SPA) sites demonstrating technical and business understanding of marketing tracking
- Mobile app tracking experience including GA4 Firebase, Mixpanel or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and strong understanding of server-side event delivery via REST API
- Previous experience with unit testing or familiarity with TypeScript
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute to team goals
