About the Data Solution Architect Role

EPAM Systems is seeking a Data Solution Architect to design and drive solutions that generate value from data using scalable platforms, cutting-edge technologies, and machine learning algorithms. This role empowers digital transformation through enterprise data enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Align business strategy with enterprise and solution data architectures.
  • Analyze business problems and design technology solutions.
  • Create data models and conduct code reviews.
  • Build and manage on-premises and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Monitor data flow, quality metrics and operational statuses.
  • Integrate and harmonize data from diverse sources.
  • Oversee data product lifecycle ensuring quality, security and privacy.
  • Provide data technology consulting to clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in solution architecture, engineering and systems development.
  • Knowledge across multiple technology domains such as Data Platforms, IoT, ML, and more.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, BI, data management and integration.
  • Experience with distributed systems on-premises and in the cloud.
  • Proficiency in the entire architecture design process and SDLC.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with C1+ English proficiency.
