- Support the commissioning, testing, and turnover of newly installed and retrofitted AV systems.
- Maintain accurate AV equipment inventory, organise storage areas, and coordinate electronic waste disposal and decommissioning activities.
- Assist with AV-related Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletes (MACD) across office environments.
- Test and validate new AV designs and solutions in partnership with engineering teams.
- Accurately record all service activities within the ticketing platform to support reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the reliable operation of AV technologies, including digital signage, background music systems, LED walls, and lobby technology through proactive maintenance.
- Provide AV support across the APAC region for onsite, offsite, and hybrid events.

- Knowledge of enterprise production environments and video conferencing technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and align with client culture and operational requirements.
