We are looking for you as a Senior Business Planner & Analyst (m/f/d) as soon as possible. We offer Munich, Dortmund, and Essen as locations.

Our Team

The department plans and controls digital sales and digital retention via eon.de, app, and CSC, by optimizing traffic, conversion, and cross-selling through data and AI. At the same time, it reduces dependence on comparison portals and activates the existing customer base to secure sustainable digital growth.

  • Collaboration: You work closely with the Performance Marketing Team, maintaining a central view of current acquisition performance, analyzing all KPIs, reflecting changes and deviations, and deriving recommendations for action.
  • Leadership Qualities: You take the lead on short-term inquiries and analyses, effectively simplifying complex issues.

What You Bring

  • Education / Qualification: You have a completed university or technical college degree in Business Administration or a comparable field, along with several years of professional experience in the mentioned areas of responsibility and/or in energy sales.
  • Professional Experience: Your experience in energy sales helps you understand contexts and create serious and well-founded sales plans.
  • Numerical Affinity and Strategy: You have a strong affinity for numbers, can read, understand, and independently draw conclusions, think strategically, across departments, and successfully contribute your expertise and methodological competence to topics and projects.
  • Analytical Work Style and Team Player: You are characterized by an analytical, goal- and results-oriented work style, coupled with excellent structuring and prioritization skills, and you are a team player with high personal responsibility and strong communication skills.
  • Language Skills: Very good language skills in German and English (both at least B2) complete your profile.

Our Benefits Package

  • An innovative environment to shape a sustainable energy world of tomorrow.
  • Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model to promote work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for Workation in European countries, sabbaticals, or additional vacation days.
  • An agile work environment with interdisciplinary collaboration, flat hierarchies, and a 'Du-culture'.
