Our Team
The Sales department combines acquisition and customer success management, serving as the central point for processing and developing incoming leads. Our teams manage transparent processes, create offers, and reliably guide B2B clients through clearly defined procedures. Emphasis is placed on structured collaboration, precise coordination, and a shared understanding of quality. The goal is a smooth process flow that efficiently meets customer requirements and achieves sustainable results.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead Processing & Initial Qualification: You will pick up, review, and appropriately classify incoming leads from forms or internal referrals, identifying customer needs early and clearly.
- Offer Creation & Structured Follow-up: You will develop customized offers with suitable calculation components, send them out strategically, and actively follow up to ensure processes advance transparently.
- Order Processing in CRM: You will fully document and maintain our CRM processes cleanly, completing them in close coordination with colleagues to ensure reliable outcomes.
- Master Data & CRM Maintenance: You will systematically create new B2B business partners, ensure data quality, and thereby lay the foundation for stable and transparent processes.
- Customer Inquiries & Interface Management: You will handle customer questions along clearly defined sales processes and coordinate with departments like DOS, Finance, or IT for systemic issues.
- Monitoring Relevant Status Messages: You will keep an eye on important process or system messages, identify deviations, and ensure timely reactions.
- Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement: You will contribute to optimizations, standardization, and digital offerings, bringing in ideas that noticeably advance our workflows.
Are You Our Playmaker?
- Completed vocational training in a business or technical field, or a comparable qualification, forms the basis for your entry.
- Experience with CRM systems: You are comfortable working with CRM daily and utilize its functions effectively.
- Process and system understanding: You think through processes logically and handle tasks reliably.
- Structured, solution-oriented working style: You prioritize clearly and work independently.
- Very good MS Office skills: Essential for documents, offers, and evaluations.
- Very good CRM skills: You use the system confidently and support transparent sales processes.
- Independent clarification of simple customer or system issues: You structure and solve queries effectively.
- Communication & Languages: Clear communication, fluent German (C1), and at least intermediate English (B2).
