Overview

The Sales Operations Specialist at Enzo is responsible for managing the end-to-end deal lifecycle with a focus on operational execution and system efficiency. This role translates deal desk policies, pricing frameworks, and approval rules into streamlined workflows that cover quoting, contracting, approvals, and booking.

Responsibilities

  • Own deal execution from quote creation through contract generation and booking.
  • Configure and manage products, pricing, approvals, quoting, and bookings in Salesforce and CPQ.
  • Manage contract workflows in SpotDraft including templates, redlines, and legal escalations.
  • Build and optimize automated workflows using tools like Zapier and Rattle.
  • Identify friction points to reduce cycle time and manual rework.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Legal.
  • Maintain high data quality and document operational processes.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Deal Desk Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations at high-growth tech companies. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and CPQ is required, along with familiarity using contract lifecycle management tools like SpotDraft and automation tools such as Zapier. A process-oriented mindset and ability to work cross-functionally are crucial.
