Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist at Enzo to grow our online presence and support our sales efforts. You will design on-brand graphics and social media content, manage and expand our LinkedIn presence, and assist with outreach to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Plan, write, and publish engaging social media content, primarily on LinkedIn.
- Use scheduling tools to publish content across various brands.
- Manage and optimize the social posting schedule.
- Grow LinkedIn groups and company pages.
- Promote articles across multiple platforms.
- Run sales outreach through messaging, automation, and lead response.
- Utilize Sales Navigator for researching prospects and personalized outreach.
- Manage LinkedIn automation tools, including sales sequences and campaigns.
Graphic Design
- Create on-brand graphics for social media posts, blogs, emails, and web pages.
- Use design tools such as Canva, VistaCreate, or Adobe.
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain organized templates and files.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with LinkedIn marketing including content creation, company pages, and automated outreach.
- Strong graphic design skills with modern and professional aesthetics.
- Excellent copywriting and social media communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage recurring tasks and deadlines.
- Quick learner and independent worker, adaptable to new tools.
- Experience with social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Publer) and email marketing tools.
