About the Role
The Sales Development Representative is a critical role in our sales team. You will identify and qualify potential opportunities, manage inbound and outbound sales, and build strong relationships with developers and their consultants.
Main Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify target developers and prioritise outreach campaigns.
- Communication: Create and maintain professional content for outbound sales.
- Outbound Sales: Use email, phone, events, and referrals to engage leads.
- Opportunity Identification: Leverage sales opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads for developers requiring biodiversity units.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong commercial and advisory relationships.
- CRM & Data Management: Support CRM data management and prompt client response.
- Promotional Support: Assist with events, webinars, and promotional activities.
Skills & Experience
Candidates should have a passion for the environment, previous outbound sales or SDR experience, and a strong understanding of CRM systems (Hubspot is a plus). Experience with developers, familiarity with the English planning system, and an ability to review legislation are beneficial.
