Job Overview
ENVEA Global, a world-leading company in environmental and industrial instrumentation, analysis and measurement, is looking for an experienced Ingénieur confirmé Instrumentation et Mesure. The role involves technical support related to air quality measurement technologies for both internal and external clients across France and internationally.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Customer Service department, your key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical responses for equipment operation and maintenance inquiries.
- Handling special client requests with expert advice.
- Preventing potential user difficulties.
- Delivering technical training on products to clients and colleagues.
- Commissioning new systems.
- Implementing technical solutions to meet quality and deadline imperatives.
- Prioritizing interventions based on urgency.
- Supporting integration of AQMS product solutions offered by the group.
Profile
Candidates should hold an engineering degree in Industrial Chemistry / Instrumentation and Measurement, and have experience in technical support. Strong client relationship skills, natural interpersonal ease, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential. Proficiency in English is required.
Working Conditions and Benefits
- Full-time permanent contract (CDI) with executive status.
- Based in Poissy (78) with domestic and international travel requirements.
- Option for up to 2 days of telework per week.
