About the Opportunity
Join Entuitive, a firm that does things a little differently. As a Senior Construction Engineer, you will take full project responsibility for temporary works associated with building bridges and heavy civil structures.
Role Responsibilities
You will:
- Manage multiple projects from client outreach to completion.
- Review construction works and participate in technical tool development.
- Assist in bid preparation, presentations, and business development.
- Mentor junior staff and oversee project financials and resourcing.
- Design and analyze temporary works and occasionally permanent structures.
- Coordinate with technicians for drawing development.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering (postgraduate is a plus).
- 9+ years of experience in structural design or construction engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license in Ontario.
- Proficiency in CAN/CSA S6, AREMA, MTO, and Metrolinx standards.
- Strong communication skills and project management abilities.
- On-site experience and ability to work with contractors.

Work Arrangement & Application Process
This role requires in-office presence 3 days a week with virtual collaboration on remaining days. Our selection process includes phone screenings, in-person interviews, assessments, and background checks.
