Role Summary
The Consultant at Entrata will configure the Entrata software for customers, ensuring they achieve business success through expert advice and effective system configuration.
Internal Responsibilities
- Maintain subject matter expertise on Entrata products
- Understand industry benchmarks for property management
- Create effective consulting plans
- Suggest improvements to consulting processes
Customer Project Responsibilities
- Implement solutions for Small and Mid-Market customers
- Identify customer goals and advise on system configuration
- Build trust and resolve concerns
- Ensure seamless handoffs for long-term success
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years related Entrata or SaaS consulting experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong understanding of the Google Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Exposure to multi-family / proptech industry; property management experience is a plus
Work Environment
