Overview

The Senior Cost Coordinator at Enterprise Products supports cost control activities for onshore and offshore capital growth projects under the direction of the department/project manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retrieve and distribute actual cost figures from Property Accounting reports.
  • Assist project managers in commercial administration, status reporting, invoice reconciliation, and cost forecasting.
  • Maintain project logs, perform cost re-distributions, generate invoices, and process journal voucher requests.
  • Manage project documentation, including opening and closing projects for engineering and commercial departments.
  • Coordinate change orders and cost to complete estimates; participate in bid reviews.
  • Ensure Project Control deliverables and systems are implemented accurately and on time.
  • Assist cost control analysts in processing invoices with proper coding and approval guidelines.

Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Construction Science preferred) with a preference for an MBA. Five years of experience in project cost management in engineering, procurement, or construction is required, particularly within oil and gas projects of over $50 million.

Expertise in baseline/control budgets, actual cost tracking, cost forecasting, variance management, and cashflow analysis is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Primavera and Microsoft Project are required.
