Job Description Summary

The Digital Content Entry Specialist will assist the Communications - Digital team of Enterprise Community Partners with website updates, content removal and archiving during annual audits, documentation updates, and managing content for SEO and best practices. This is a part-time position, approximately 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage assigned projects and tasks, including basic web content updates (spelling, word/phrase/paragraph changes) and posting new items (news, grant/RFP opportunities).
  • Archive blog and other content types as appropriate, following annual audits.
  • Update web content as directed in staging or production environments.
  • Serve as backup/emergency coverage for the Digital/Web mailbox.
  • Communicate regularly with the Digital team to ensure precision and clarify tasks.
  • Check content requests for adherence to Enterprise brand standards and online content best practices (grade level, readability, keywords, SEO).
  • Flag any content that does not meet these standards for the team.

Qualifications

  • Drupal CMS publishing expertise.
  • Deep knowledge of web and SEO best practices.
  • Ability to quickly learn Enterprise’s custom CMS interface with minimal oversight.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with HTML, XML, and CSS.
  • Strong project management, written, and verbal communication skills.

Salary Transparency

You will join a team motivated by serving the community and addressing the need for affordable housing. Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package. The pay range for this part-time position is $21.56 – $28.20 per hour. Compensation decisions may be influenced by various factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
