Job Description Summary
Enterprise is intensifying its focus on impact and expanding access to affordable housing to address the housing crisis. Data and metrics are crucial for learning, alignment, and scaling successful initiatives. The Data Analytics and Reporting (DAR) team drives the organization's data strategy, analyzes performance, and enhances internal data systems.
We are seeking an Assistant Director, Strategy Measurement to lead the development of a practical, people-centered measurement approach aligned with Enterprise's strategic direction. This role bridges organizational priorities, impact measurement design, and analytics implementation within an established business intelligence environment.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in performance reporting, strategy measurement, and housing/community development. Reporting to the Sr. Director for Data Analytics & Reporting, this role requires strong teamwork, communication, a passion for social justice, and a desire for continuous learning and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Tech, Data leaders, and stakeholders to define and implement Enterprise’s measurement framework, translating priorities into clear, people-centered performance measures.
- Own the development and refinement of enterprise-level metrics, methodologies, and data collection standards for consistent progress tracking.
- Lead the prioritization and sequencing of the measurement roadmap for data and analytics teams to align with organizational goals and resource efficiency.
- Engage Enterprise leaders to drive adoption of new measurement practices and processes aligned with organization-wide standards.
- Collaborate with program, operations, and functional leaders to integrate new measurement approaches and metrics into existing dashboards and reporting processes.
- Partner with Data Governance leaders to define organization-wide terms and measures, clarifying purpose, ownership, and appropriate use.
- Lead the design and development of data visualization tools and reports demonstrating progress on strategic priorities, working with the Business Intelligence team.
- Support data-related organizational change through adoption guides, stakeholder communications, and training materials.
- Lead enterprise-level analysis of performance and impact data to identify insights, evidence for program scaling, and inform management and executive teams.
- Adhere to Enterprise's data privacy and governance standards, perform quality assurance, and maintain project documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in strategy implementation, impact measurement, analytics, program management, consulting, or related fields (Master’s degree may substitute for a portion of experience).
- Demonstrated experience translating organizational priorities or strategy into measurable outcomes and implementation plans.
- Experience working across technical and non-technical teams, translating leadership priorities into analytics requirements.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior and executive audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Adaptable and collaborative, with experience working with diverse, multi-functional teams (virtually or in-person).
- Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with issues in community development, housing policy, urban economics, demographics, and/or real estate development.

The salary range for this position is $115,000 – $125,000 annually. This range reflects the potential compensation based on factors like skills, qualifications, experience, and location. It is not typical to be hired at the top of the range.
