Job Description

Do you love sports or have a passion for great customer service? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will be an integral part of the Entain family, delivering top customer service and driving standards daily in our dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You will report to the Shop Manager and work closely with the shop team to serve customers, handle transactions, demonstrate products, and manage customer queries and complaints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and encourage safer gambling.
  • Take bets on a wide range of sports and events.
  • Process transactions including cash handling and shop opening/closing.
  • Demonstrate products and terminals to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Work towards defined targets while maintaining high shop standards.

Working Patterns

This position is available Monday - Friday from 5pm to 10pm and Saturday, Sunday from 8am to 10pm including bank holidays, with a typical weekly rota of 17 hours. As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop after completing training.

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Calm and professional approach in challenging situations.
