Job Description
As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will be integral to the Entain family, delivering outstanding customer service in our dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will handle customer transactions, take bets on various sports, demonstrate products, and resolve customer issues with empathy. You will also manage shop operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
What You Will Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold safer gambling practices.
- Take bets on a wide range of sports and events.
- Process customer transactions including cash handling.
- Demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Work towards defined targets and maintain high shop standards.
- Manage shop opening and closing as a key holder.
Working Patterns
Your typical weekly rota will be 20 hours, blending long opening shifts, long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. You will receive your rota at least four weeks in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Passion for delivering great customer service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Calm and professional in challenging situations.
