Do you love sports or have a passion for great customer service? As a Retail Customer Service Manager at Entain, you will be an integral part of the team, delivering top customer service and driving standards on a daily basis at our dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You'll serve customers, build positive relationships, process transactions including cash handling, and handle customer inquiries with empathy and effective problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure safer gambling.
  • Take bets on various sports and events.
  • Process customer transactions and handle cash.
  • Demonstrate products & betting terminals to customers.
  • Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Work towards defined targets and maintain shop standards.
  • Open and close the shop as a key holder.

Working Patterns

This role requires availability on Friday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays. Typical weekly rota is 10 hours, comprising long opening, closing, and shorter evening shifts, scheduled at least four weeks in advance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Passion for great customer service.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
