Job Description
Do you love sports or have a passion for great customer service? At Entain, as a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will be an integral part of our family by delivering top customer service and driving standards on a daily basis in our dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will serve customers, build rapport, process transactions, and handle customer concerns while working towards targets and maintaining high shop standards.
What You Will Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Urge safer gambling practices.
- Take bets on various sports and events.
- Process customer transactions including cash handling.
- Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Work towards defined targets and goals.
- Maintain high shop standards.
- Open or close the shop as needed.
Working Patterns
Operating from Monday to Sunday (8am - 10pm depending on location), your typical weekly rota will consist of 20 hours including long opening, closing, and shorter evening shifts. As a key holder, you are responsible for opening and closing the shop. Rotas are provided at least four weeks in advance ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Passion for delivering great customer service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Calm and professional in challenging situations.
