Role Overview: Retail Customer Service Manager
Do you love sports and great customer service? In this role, you will be an integral part of the Entain retail team, ensuring outstanding customer service and maintaining high shop standards in our dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Urge safer gambling practices.
- Take bets across a range of sports and events.
- Process customer transactions and handle cash.
- Demonstrate products & betting terminals to customers.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Work towards defined targets and maintain shop standards.
- Open or close the shop as a key holder.
Working Patterns & Qualifications
Shops operate Monday to Sunday (8am - 10pm), including weekends and bank holidays. A typical rota is 35 hours with a blend of shifts. You must be 18 years or older, self-motivated, and capable of handling challenging situations calmly.
