Job Description

Do you love sports or have a passion for great customer service? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will be an integral part of the Entain family, delivering outstanding service in dynamic betting shops, handling transactions, processing cash, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Urge safer gambling practices.
  • Handle bets, transactions, and customer issues.
  • Maintain high shop standards and achieve targets.
  • Open/close shop as a key holder.

Working Patterns

Shops are open Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Rotas, including long opening, closing, and evening shifts, are provided at least four weeks in advance.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Passion for delivering great customer service.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a calm approach to challenges.
