Job Overview: Digital Marketing Manager SEO GEO

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager SEO GEO to accelerate organic growth for our brand and products through best-in-class SEO and GEO strategies. In this role, you will be the in-house expert on traditional search and AI-driven discovery experiences. Collaborate across content, web, analytics, and engineering teams to improve visibility, qualified traffic, engagement, and conversion—while enabling segmented marketing teams with standards, playbooks, and a clear execution cadence.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the SEO/GEO roadmap and monthly operating cadence.
  • Drive technical SEO excellence with the web development team.
  • Lead keyword and content strategy to build authority.
  • Implement innovative AI-driven GEO content modules.
  • Measure impact and continuously improve through data insights.

What You Bring

  • 4–6 years of SEO/GEO experience with measurable results.
  • Proven expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and authority building.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and web fundamentals.
  • Strong communication, time management, and collaborative skills.
