About Sales & Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze sales funnels across all locations
  • Identify bottlenecks and derive actionable recommendations
  • Perform daily KPI tracking including show rate, conversion, capacity, and utilization
  • Assist in forecasting and performance optimization
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base for transparent sales insights
  • Collaborate with team leads, Sales VPs, and CSO for process improvements
  • Implement projects for sales automation

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role (e.g., Sales Operations) in fast-growing companies
  • Background in Business Administration, Data Science, or similar fields
  • High learning agility and intrinsic motivation
  • Hands-on approach with the drive to actively shape processes
  • Experience with analysis tools and data extraction (e.g., Snowflake)
  • Willingness to travel (approx. one location visit per month)
  • Interest in B2C sales mechanics with an operational focus
  • Fluent German, both spoken and written
