Swiss Alpinopharma, a MediCrops AG company, is an innovative HealthTech scale-up focused on directly supplying patients with cannabis-based medicines in Germany. We are at the beginning of an exciting growth phase, and you will play a central role in building our scalable, automated patient communication infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities as a Performance Marketing Manager B2C

  • Develop and manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Drive lead generation and funnel optimization to activate qualified patients.
  • Concept and test creatives, advertisements, and landing pages for effectiveness.
  • Optimize conversions through A/B testing, UTM tracking, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
  • Analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPL, ROAS, and funnel drop-offs.
  • Collaborate closely with CRM, Product, and Design teams to ensure seamless patient journeys.

What We're Looking For

  • Several years of experience in digital B2C marketing (e.g., E-Health, D2C, E-Commerce).
  • Profound knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and web analytics platforms.
  • Expertise in conversion optimization and performance-oriented scaling strategies.
  • Strong KPI-focus and a structured, data-driven approach to work.
  • Demonstrated self-responsibility, strong execution skills, and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent proficiency in German and good command of English.
