About the Role
As the Strategic Finance Manager, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to GTM leadership, owning key forecasting models, executive reporting, and high-impact analyses. You will drive financial performance analysis, support long-range planning and board-level presentations, and mentor junior finance team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Insights & Performance Analysis: Lead financial and operational analysis across Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Marketing.
- Executive & Board-Level Reporting: Design frameworks for decision-driving insights for senior leadership.
- Modeling & Forecasting Infrastructure: Own and evolve high-impact financial models for bookings, partnerships ROI, and more.
- KPI Definition & Business Case Leadership: Partner cross-functionally to define KPIs and evaluate strategic initiatives.
- GTM Strategy & Investment Planning: Drive funnel conversion analysis, customer segmentation, and resource allocation models.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
- Experience in fintech and/or high-growth startups.
- Deep understanding of GTM economics including CAC, LTV, churn, and funnel metrics.
- Advanced modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets) and familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, etc.
- Ability to synthesize complex data for C-suite and board audiences.
- Mentorship skills and willingness to lead a growing finance team.
