Role Overview
As an Electrical Project Engineer within European Maintenance Support (EMS), you will be the technical expert on electrical systems at our energy centers. You will plan long-term maintenance strategies and work on renovation and integration projects, including upgrading electrical equipment and security systems.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and execute improvement and replacement projects for electrical equipment.
- Prepare, perform, and consolidate revisions on electrical equipment.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to prevent future issues.
- Ensure proper technical specifications for contractors from engineering through commissioning.
Team Environment
You will be part of a motivated team of around 15 colleagues. Each engineer possesses unique technological expertise. Your work location may vary between on-site at energy centers or solar parks, discussions with grid operators, and home-based electrical drawing work. Collaborate in a relaxed, open, and collegial atmosphere mainly in the Eemshaven and Lelystad regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong drive to evolve as an electrical expert in the energy sector.
- Understanding of energy systems including generation, storage, transformers, switches, and security systems.
- Proficiency in Dutch (min B1) and English.
- Willingness to work on various projects domestically and occasionally abroad, with a valid driving license.

- Attractive salary between €4,200 and €7,250 (scale A12) with full-time contract.
