Position Overview

The Junior Data Analyst at EnGen will join a remote team to build the data infrastructure that drives decision-making and growth. In this role, you will work closely with various teams to transform ad hoc reporting into automated, scalable data products that boost learner engagement and support business growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with custom reporting and dashboard development for clients and marketing teams.
• Create data products to help monitor learner progress and business KPIs.
• Support the maintenance of automations for billing data and team efficiency.
• Perform routine data cleaning and validation to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Document data sources and reporting logic for clarity and transparency.
• Explore the use of emerging AI tools such as large language models (LLMs) for productivity enhancement.

Knowledge & Skills

Candidates should have a strong passion for EnGen's mission, be detail-oriented, action-oriented, and familiar with basic SQL, Python, Tableau, and CRM platforms like HubSpot. Experience is preferred but not mandatory for a career-building role in data analysis and engineering.
