Commercial Real Estate Agent Tertiary Sector

We are currently seeking a passionate and highly motivated Commercial Real Estate Agent to manage the Tertiary sector (Industrial warehouses, offices, commercial spaces, land...) in the Garraf region.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Full management of the business line, from sourcing Retail, Office, and Industrial assets to closing deals (Sale, transfer, and rental).
  • Offer expert advice to client owners and buyers.
  • Conduct detailed market analyses to determine property values.
  • Execute marketing activities in the target area (networking events, farming, direct mail, local events).
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and new business opportunities.
  • Follow the development and training plan according to Engel & Völkers methodology.
  • Manage necessary documentation and transaction procedures.
  • Maintain updated CRM information, manage appointments, marketing activities, and client follow-ups.
  • Adhere to internal procedures for anti-money laundering and personal data protection.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of commercial experience in real estate and/or other commercial sectors.
  • Experience in buying/selling/renting business spaces is highly valued.
  • Residing in or having detailed knowledge of the Garraf region is highly valued.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of Spanish. English is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a high customer orientation with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive attitude and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Good IT skills: Office Suite/Drive.
