About the Role

CMBlu Energy AG is pioneering the Organic SolidFlow battery technology. Our patented SolidFlow batteries are safe, sustainable, scalable, and cheap to procure. Join us on our journey from start-up to scale-up as we transition from research to series production.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a business partner to management, optimizing controlling processes including reporting, planning and forecasting with a focus on BI-based solutions.
  • Own global Product Costing, lead regular calculation runs and variance analyses.
  • Evaluate, analyze and optimize process components affecting material and manufacturing costs from R&D to series production.
  • Develop analysis tools and provide data-driven answers for ad-hoc management and team decisions.

Your Profile

  • Team player with flexibility and a meticulous work ethic.
  • Ability to understand complex issues quickly, with a clear analytical mindset.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Degree in industrial engineering, business administration or equivalent qualification.
  • Multiple years of experience in controlling including Product Costing.
  • BI affinity and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
