Overview

Join the team of bold professionals at Enersense International Oyj as the Head of Subcontracting Sourcing. This role is based in Helsinki, Finland or Tallinn, Estonia and is part of a transformation journey from a decentralized to a centralized procurement model within a publicly listed company. You will be responsible for developing structures, capabilities, and practices to shape how procurement creates value across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of category managers covering mechanical, construction, telecom, and electrical subcontracting areas.
• Develop and execute category strategies and sourcing initiatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders and procurement colleagues to align strategies with business goals.
• Drive supplier performance, manage spend, and negotiate contracts.
• Implement data-based decision making and sustainable practices.
• Ensure subcontractor safety, compliance and risk management.

Requirements

• University degree in relevant fields such as supply chain management, engineering, or business.
• Extensive experience in strategic sourcing and category management in industrial or project-based environments.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong market understanding in the Nordics and Baltics.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English; Finnish or other language proficiency is a plus.
