About The Role

Join EMA's International Relations team in advancing Singapore's position as a leading energy hub. In this role as Senior Analyst International Relations, you will steward international partnerships and represent Singapore's energy interests on the global stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive bilateral engagements with foreign governments and industry partners to advance the "Four Switches".
  • Represent Singapore at ASEAN and other high-level multilateral forums.
  • Develop and maintain strategic dialogues with international counterparts and organisations.
  • Develop policy papers and policy positions for international meetings.
  • Work on LTMS-PIP, the ASEAN Power Grid, and regional interconnectivity initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and organisational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork.
  • Experience in international relations and energy issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural settings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Law, Economics, Public Policy, or International Relations.

  • Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
